Acceptance

By creating an account or using ImgEditApp, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What the Service Does

ImgEditApp is an AI-powered image editing tool that lets you apply text-behind-image effects and prompt-based edits to your photos. The service operates on a credit system with free and paid tiers.

Your Content

• You own whatever you upload and whatever you create with ImgEditApp. We claim no rights over your images or designs.
• You are responsible for having the right to use any images you upload. Don't upload content you don't have permission to use.
• We do not store your images. Uploaded images are processed in-memory and sent to third-party APIs for processing. Nothing is saved on our end. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Credits & Payments

• Free accounts receive 10 weekly credits. Paid plans (Basic and Pro) provide more weekly credits.
• Weekly credits reset every 7 days and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire.
• Credits are deducted when you start a processing operation. If the operation fails due to a third-party API error, credits are still consumed — this is because processing costs are incurred on our end regardless of the outcome.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then reverts to the Free tier. Purchased credits are preserved after downgrade.
• We reserve the right to change pricing. Existing subscriptions will be honored at their current rate until cancelled.

Acceptable Use

Don't use ImgEditApp to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or explicit content.
• Abuse the API or attempt to bypass credit limits.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
• Impersonate others or create deceptive/misleading content.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of ImgEditApp after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll note the updated date at the top of this page.
